Shirleen is a bright child but needs support in continuing with her education because both her parents have been unable to cater for her because of being HIV positive which has made them very sickly lacking a source of income.

Joshua is the first born in a family of three. He lives with both his parents who are currently jobless. His parents lost their jobs during the pandemic. His parents' savings have been totally consumed by taking care of his ailing grandmother. He would like to be a doctor to help in alleviating pain from those suffering from various ailments. He believes that possibilities are endless as long as one is determined.

Edward is a partial orphan whose mother does manual jobs to cater for him and his siblings. He needs support to continue with his education as his mother is becoming too overwhelmed by the responsibility.
